Terms & Conditions

By purchasing your online course you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:  

1. Payments    

  • All of our training courses require a full payment up front.

  • All moneys paid are non - refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

  • Full payment of course fees is required before any course materials are sent out

  • Course Prices are subject to change.

  • A correct email address must be provided at the time of booking.

  

2. Payment

Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.

  • We accept payment via the website which all card details are managed and submitted through Stripe. When you are on the checkout page please read Stripe’s terms and conditions and privacy information here as this is not managed through Head To Toe Beauty Online Training Academy and we will not accept any third party liability for Stripe. Stripe is a well used and reliable card/online payment service.

  • BACS- Online bank transfer will be accepted- please contact for the payment details

  • You can split your payments by downloading and using a Klarna payment app. Simply download- create an account- and search in the search bar at the top of the app and click search for https://www.headtotoeonlinetrainingacademy.uk/ on Google. Click on the payment options page to find out more.

  • Head To Toe Beauty Online Training Academy does not store any credit card information.

 

3. Confirmation of Booking

  • Once payment is received for a course you will receive confirmation of payment by email. (If you don't receive this email, please contact us and we will confirm your transaction and booking.)

  • You will have a course manual which will be available to download available soon after payment

  • You will receive a personal email containing welcome information and treatment videos within 1-2 working days

 

4. Booking Cancellations

  • All courses are non-refundable and non transferable for any reason

  • Please make sure you check all pre requisites for courses before payment to avoid loss of payment

  • All courses must be complete within 6 months if you do not submit any case studies within this time you will not be able to submit case studies. If you have been continuously submitting case studies and you go over this 6 month period it will be discussed on a case by case basis

6. Case Studies (If required)

  • Students are fully responsible for completing case studies by finding their own models.

  • Failure to do this will prevent students from completing and passing their course / workshop.

  • All courses must be complete within 6 months if you do not submit any case studies within this time you will not be able to submit case studies. If you have been continuously submitting case studies and you go over this 6 month period it will be discussed on a case by case basis

Privacy policy

 Head To Toe Beauty Online Training Academy- Privacy policy 

Due to data protection laws (GDPR) I do need to get you to just confirm on the “I accept the privacy policy” tick box that you accept and understand the privacy policy and Head To Toe Beauty Online Training Academy’s policies. This is where you can tell us how I can contact you and also to let you know how your information it is collected and kept. These details will only be used by myself and Head To Toe Beauty Online Training Academy and will not be passed on to any third party. 

All the information is kept secure on my form collecting account which is password protected account. This information may have been that you have signed up for booking reminders and training offers and updates. If you are requesting training or offers and updates information you will need to complete the option for email contact and this information will be used with my google email account which is also password protected and will only be used by myself and head to toe hair and beauty training academy.

All student information will also be kept in a locked and secured filing cabinet which will only be seen by myself and under insurance purposes ABT insurance if it is called upon. 

You do have the right to be deleted on all of my contact emails and phone number, there will be an unsubscribe/opt out option you can use at any time. Once you have been to an appointment, you can be deleted from the emailing system however your treatment and training records will need to be kept for a minimum of 7 years to comply to my insurance terms and conditions and accounts purposes.
